The Pillsbury Institute's Entrepreneurship in Residence has simplified the virtual meetings scheduling process using StartupTree.
The Challenge
While juggling multiple platforms, it took lots of extra time to create a sense of community in the mentorship program at Pillsbury.
The Solution
An all in-one-platform allowed the Pillsbury institute to create a landing page, a calendar sync system, and one-click promotion, which created a more community-oriented mentorship program.
The Results
A streamlined way for mentors and mentees to participate made it posible for more meetings to be scheduled. With regular email blasts informing mentees of upcoming meetings, over 95% of all meetings times were scheduled successfully.

Creating a Centralized, Community-Oriented Mentorship Program
Without a centralized platform that connected all of the entrepreneurship centers dispersed throughout Cornell, communication and sharing among the programs were challenging, which impacted mentor participation.
